A strong, durable levelling screed for high rise applications. Supaflo Summit can be used on steel frame, concrete frame, lightweight steel and masonry construction. Can be installed as a bonded, unbounded or floating screed. Suitable for high rise residential and commercial projects. Supaflo HTC should only be used if the building envelope is complete; doors and windows should be in place and must be closed for the first 24 to 48 hours after installation to prevent drafts blowing across the surface of the screed. For unbounded applications Supaflo SUMMIT should be installed on unfolded polythene sheeting of ideally gauge or a damp proof membrane DPM if the subfloor comprises in situ concrete. For floating floors, including those containing an under floor heating system, a separating layer polythene sheeting should be placed on top of the insulation, this may be in addition to a DPM lower in the floors construction. Supaflo SUMMIT should only be used if the building envelope is complete; doors and windows should be in place and must be closed for the first 24 to 48 hours after installation to avoid excessive drying in the early life. It is specifically formulated to provide a strong and durable levelling screed for high rise applications for example where there is a requirement to pump the screed above ten floors.
Built to perform
The advantages over traditional floor screed include speed of application, excellence of surface finish, attainable accuracy of placement and finishing, reduction in thickness. It has been widely available through our network of manufacturing units for approaching two decades. Supaflo TS can be installed to a minimum thickness of 20mm which improves drying times compared to traditional screeds and enables the finished flooring to be installed sooner. It is specifically intended for use in acoustic and non acoustic flooring systems which use timber joists as their primary supporting structure. Screed type. During construction one of the requirements set by the client was that the floor screed had to be pumped in a single lift - with the highest pour taking place meters up on the 36th floor.

Supaflo PC is available in 20 kg pails, kg drums and litre bulks supply. Supaflo PC can be used with all types of Portland cement and cement replacement materials.
